Privacy and contact exchanges

What we collect

If you choose to exchange contact details, we collect the information you submit, your area of interest and the date of submission. We may also record a campaign label from the link you followed. We do not require you to exchange details to view or save the digital card.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, manage professional follow-up and assess which networking channels generate interest. This is not automatic consent to marketing.

Usage analytics

We measure selected button clicks and campaign-labelled visits as aggregate activity. Button clicks do not confirm that a call, WhatsApp conversation or meeting took place. Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled, operates independently under its own reporting functionality.

Retention and your choices

Contact enquiries are reviewed periodically, with an initial target of 90 days for inactive enquiries unless a legitimate business purpose requires longer retention. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].

Third parties

The card uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. Selecting WhatsApp, LinkedIn or another external service opens that provider, subject to its own privacy practices.
